2024年の4月から蘭越町の中心地、４LDKの一軒家にて入居者を募集しております。2023年に改装し 備え付けの設備としてWifi、Youtubeなどが見られるテレビ(Google Chromecast)、洗濯機、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、掃除機、ストーブ、ボイラー、テーブル＋イス、ソファ、セミダブルベッドの寝具ｘ１人分、布団のセットｘ３人分、各部屋にポータブルヒーター、調理器具、食器、ゴミ箱やハンガーなどの生活用品があります。
1階に１部屋(7.5畳)、とダイニングキッチン(11.5畳)、2階に3部屋(9畳、6畳、6畳)、各部屋にも押入れがありますが、共有の押し入れも1階、2階にそれぞれ１つずつあります。
●家賃：6万5000円／月：４月～１１月 ※最低６ヵ月以上の契約
：10万5000円／月：１２月～３月 ※最低3ヵ月以上の契約
※通年での賃貸をご希望の方は、6万5000円／月ですが条件がありますので別途ご相談下さい。

※光熱費は別途、実費負担です。
※wifi、電気、水道、ガス、灯油はすぐに使える状態です。
※除雪費はかかりませんが、多少の除雪は必要です(ニセコ、倶知安ほど雪が積もりません)。

●条件：禁煙、又貸し禁止、ペット禁止。契約時に契約書に印鑑と、運転免許証などのID必要です。
●駐車場：1台は家の前に停められますが、除雪をすれば2～3台可。
●保証金：家賃1ヵ月分※退出時に汚れや損傷などが無ければ全額返金致します。

The house has wifi internet, Google Chromecast TV, washing machine, fridge, couch, microwave, heater, table with chairs, water heater, Semi-double bed full set x 1, Futon full set x 3, kitchen goods, dishes, general daily goods etc. 1st floor has 1 tatami room(13.5 sqm) & dining kitchen(21 sqm) and 2nd floor has 3 rooms(16.5 sqm, 11 sqm, 11sqm). All rooms has a closet and there is also a common closet on each floors.
●Rent：65,000 yen per month / between April – November ※minimum 6 month lease
：105,000 yen per month / between December – March ※minimum 3 month lease
※open to negotiation for all year around lease. It’s JPY65,000/month but there are some conditions.
